“Upon request” law in effect from Sep 2 2023
Effective September 2, single-use foodware or condiment packets (like ketchup, mustard) will not be provided by food service establishment in Westchester unless expressly requested by the customer. This new law will help reduce consumption of single-use plastic and help keep our planet greener and cleaner.
